So it all became a part of my life when my dad was aroun. He passed away at 83 years old. No blues here... it's okay. My parents showed me that when you eat right you can live way past your life expectancy.

2. Water
3.Healthy Juices
4. Tons of Chicken
5. Little Beef
6. Tons of fruits (tropical preferred)
7. Whole Grains
Well you get the picture. At one time my dad was a heavy tea drinker. His favorite was Lipton. He would wake me up every morning and have morning tea since I learned to drink out of a cup.
Candy lived in my house, but it would be very limited. It was a hot commodity when it was around. Cake was barely around. It was mostly there on special occassions and birthdays.
