Stop... Rest Time

Whenever you need to sleep do not fight it. Your body is asking to be rejuventated. Sleeping is the best way to fight any diseases, a cold, and even stress.
With all of the difficulties that are going on in the world, more and more people are choosing to pull off all nighters. The sad part is that these all nighters are causing more harm than good. It makes you fotgetful, and most of all you cells do not get a chance to do their job.
Do not put your body on auto drive. If the work does notget done, then you have to know when enough is enough. Do not wait until its too late. If you wait too long, eventually it will be too late.
