For all of you night owls out there who have a hard time falling asleep, try this special trick.
Lavendar.
- A lavendar bath or shower (soap or shower gel)
-lavendar lotion
-lavendar oil massage
-Lavendar a freshner
-lavendar under your pillow... a bar of lavendar soap
- lavendar scented candle
A little ol school, but it works wonders. It will knock you out. You don't have to do them at the same time, but it's great to have options.
